How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, shipping is free from €130 (excluding bulky goods). Below €130, shipping costs €5.90. Within the EU, shipping costs depend on weight and size. Reduced rates apply from €130.
How long does delivery take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. International delivery times may vary.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed after payment is received and usually shipped the same day or the next business day.
Which shipping providers do you use?
We ship with GLS in Germany and GLS, DPD or FedEx internationally.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with your tracking number after shipping.
Do I have to pay customs or additional fees?
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and fees may apply.
