Note on our return policy

  • The statutory period of 14 days applies to returns and exchanges. This begins on the day after complete delivery.
  • For returns within Germany without a sales contract, we charge €5.90 for shipping.
  • For partial returns below the free shipping threshold (€130), we reserve the right to subsequently charge €5.90 for shipping costs.
  • We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges from abroad.
  • The first exchange within Germany is free of charge; subsequent exchanges are subject to a fee.
  • Return labels can only be created for Germany.
  • Returns must not show any signs of use or dirt. The label must be present.

Return of Training Treats and Food

According to §312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB, the return of sealed foodstuffs is excluded if the seal has been removed after delivery. If the goods are faulty, please contact us – we will find a solution.

Return of Books

There is no statutory right of return for books. Returns are only possible by arrangement and out of goodwill. The subject of the purchase agreement is the content, not the data carrier.
