Not sure which size or model fits you?

Our products are divided into women's and unisex models. Women's models are tailored, while unisex models have a straight cut. Men choose their usual size, while women often choose one size smaller for unisex models.

If you plan to wear additional layers under a jacket or vest, choose the larger size if in doubt.

Our size charts show garment measurements, not body measurements. Compare them with a piece of clothing that fits you well. If you select based on body measurements, allow enough room for movement.

We do not have a physical store. For reference, you can check customer photos on our Instagram profile in the highlights.

If you are between two sizes, you can order both and return one.

Care instructions can be found in the product description and on the label. If a product is sold out, you can leave your email address on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again.

Do you also offer gift vouchers?

You can request a voucher using this form. We will then send you the voucher code by email so you can decide how you would like to give it as a gift.

For an additional €9.00 including shipping, we also offer a premium gift card in an embossed metal box. The box is perfectly sized for trackers or magnets.

Are you a public authority or institution with an official request?

We offer individual support for authorities such as police or customs regarding orders and inquiries.

Payment by invoice is available exclusively for public authorities and institutions.

Please include which products are needed and the required billing details when submitting your request.

Would you like to become a retailer for IQ Dogsport products?

Thank you for your interest in our products. We are always happy to work with strong partners.

Within Germany: In Germany, we primarily serve our customers through our own online shop. However, if you run a dog school or veterinary practice and would like to work with us, we welcome your inquiry via email.

Outside Germany: Internationally, we prefer to work with partners who already have strong connections to potential IQ Dogsport customers. Exclusive partnerships already exist in some countries.

Would you like to place an order for a club or group?

We are happy to support clubs and offer discounts for group orders or club apparel.

Some items are also available without printing, so you can add your club or kennel name yourself—for example, our hoodies with back and treat pockets.

Please contact us by email before placing your order and let us know which club you are ordering for and which products you need.

If you then place an order in the shop, please select “Prepayment / Bank transfer” as the payment method. We will take care of everything else.

A requirement for collaboration is that you are already convinced of our brand and products and that there is currently a spot available in the team.
